ANSI 900LB Flanged RF Basket Strainer – A216-WCB Body, SS316 Screen, Bolted Cover

Tengs Valve supplies ANSI Class 900LB flanged RF basket strainers with A216-WCB carbon steel body, SS316 stainless steel screen and bolted cover. This high pressure simplex basket strainer is designed for oil, gas, petrochemical and power generation pipelines where Class 900 pressure rating is required. The RF flanged connection and bolted cover allow quick screen removal for cleaning and maintenance without disconnecting the pipeline. Sizes range from 2" to 24" (DN50–DN600). Suitable for water, gas, oil and steam service. Other sizes and materials are available on request.

Why Choose an ANSI 900LB Basket Strainer?

Class 900 pipelines operate at higher pressure than Class 150, 300 or 600 systems, so the strainer body, cover and bolting must be designed accordingly. This ANSI 900LB basket strainer uses A216-WCB carbon steel body and cover, A193 B7 / A194 2H bolting, and SS316 screen for reliable filtration under high pressure. The bolted cover design allows the screen to be removed for cleaning without cutting or disconnecting the main pipeline, reducing maintenance downtime. For Class 900 service, RF flanges are standard; RTJ can be supplied on request for higher pressure sealing requirements. Typical applications include high pressure oil and gas transmission lines, petrochemical process lines and power plant high pressure systems.
