Start Up Temporary Pipeline Strainer – SS304 / SS316, 1" to 36", ANSI 150–1500LB

Tengs Valve supplies start up temporary pipeline strainers in SS304 and SS316 stainless steel, designed for pipeline commissioning, flushing and start-up protection. The strainer is mounted between two flanges (wafer type / sandwich type) and removed after commissioning. It captures weld slag, pipe scale and construction debris before they reach pumps, valves, meters and heat exchangers, protecting downstream equipment during the critical start-up phase. Sizes range from 1" to 36". Pressure ratings include ANSI Class 150LB to 1500LB. Perforated hole sizes include 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 5mm. Mesh sizes range from 20 to 400.
