Tengs Valve supplies stainless steel temporary cone strainers and filters in SS304 and SS316, designed for pipeline commissioning, flushing and start-up protection. The cone type strainer is mounted between two flanges (wafer type / sandwich type) and removed after commissioning. It captures weld slag, pipe scale and construction debris before they reach pumps, valves, meters and heat exchangers. Sizes range from 1" to 48". Pressure ratings include ANSI Class 150LB to 1500LB. Perforated hole sizes include 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 5mm. Mesh sizes range from 20 to 400. Custom sizes and materials are available on request.
