Welded Stainless Steel T Type Strainer – Fabricated BW Ends T Strainer, ANSI & DIN Standards

Tengs Valve supplies welded stainless steel T type strainers with fabricated body and butt welded (BW) ends. Unlike flanged T strainers, the all-welded design eliminates potential leak points at the flange joints, making it suitable for high-integrity pipeline systems. Sizes range from 2" to 36" (DN50–DN900). Pressure ratings cover both ANSI Class 150LB, 300LB, 600LB and DIN PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64. Body materials include A234-WPB, A106, SS304, SS316, SS304L and SS316L. NACE MR0175 available for sour service. Suitable for water, gas, oil and steam.

Why Choose a Welded T Type Strainer with BW Ends?

Butt welded connections are preferred in high-pressure and high-integrity pipeline systems where flanged joints would introduce additional leak paths. The all-welded T strainer body eliminates flange gasket joints on the main line, reducing maintenance points and improving long-term reliability.
