Fabricated Tee Type Strainer – ANSI Class 600LBS, Carbon & Stainless Steel, WN Flanged

Tengs Valve supplies fabricated Tee type strainers rated ANSI Class 600LBS (CL600) for high pressure pipeline service. The Tee body uses a standard pipe tee with a bolted cover on the branch, so the screen can be removed for cleaning without cutting the main pipeline. Sizes range from 2" to 24" (DN50–DN600). Tee body materials include A234-WPB, A106, SS304, SS316, SS304L and SS316L. Flanges are WN type. Screen materials include 304SS and 316SS. End connections include BW, RF and RTJ. NACE MR0175 available for sour service. RTJ (Ring Type Joint) is strongly recommended for Class 600 high pressure service.

Why Choose a Class 600 Tee Type Strainer?

Class 600 tee type strainers are designed for high pressure and high temperature pipeline systems in oil, gas and petrochemical service. At CL600, the RTJ (Ring Type Joint) connection is strongly recommended because it provides a metal-to-metal seal that withstands higher pressure and temperature than standard raised face flanges. The Tee body with WN flanges offers strong welded connections and easy screen access for maintenance without cutting the main pipeline. For sour service, NACE MR0175 compliance is available on request.
